A trip to the Marche region for an exciting, informative, educational and fun way to know and learn traditional cooking and to know places where time really has stood still!

5 days of cooking lessons: from antipasto to pasta, pizza, seafood, meat, breads and dessert. Afterwards every lesson travellers eat all together their creations!

DURATION: 8 DAYS – 7 NIGHTS – PROGRAM:

1° DAY: Arrive at hotel Welcoming drink. Overnight stay in hotel.
2° DAY: breakfast in hotel. Departure to cooking class! First official meeting with all partecipants, all the referents and coordinators, the Chef and Sommelier. Today’s cooking lesson: Appetizers – Antipasto!
In the afternnon_Excursion! Today’s excursion: Pesaro
3° DAY: breakfast in hotel. Departure to cooking class! Today’s cooking lesson: Pasta!
In the afternnon_Excursion! Today’s excursion: Urbino
4° DAY: breakfast in hotel. Departure to cooking class! Today’s cooking lesson: Seafood and vegetables!
In the afternnon_Excursion! Today’s excursion: Frasassi’s Caves
5° DAY: breakfast in hotel. Departure to cooking class! Today’s cooking lesson: Meat and vegetables!
In the afternnon_Excursion! Today’s excursion: Food and winery company
6° DAY: breakfast in hotel. Free time!
7° DAY: breakfast in hotel. Departure to cooking class! Today’s cooking lesson: Dessert, Pizza and Cheese!
In the afternnon_Excursion! Today’s excursion: A special Dante’s tour (see above)

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Hotel treatment as program; Welcome drink and kit; 5 cooking lessons in a well-equipped class-room, ingredients, kitchen utensils, 5 lunches in class-room; guided visit of Pesaro (not included monuments’ entrance fees); guided visit of Urbino and tasting of typical products (not included monuments’ entrance fees); guided visit of Frasassi’s Caves; guided visit of a typical food and winery company; Dante’s tour that includes guided visit with the Professor as program and Dante’s meals (drinks included); transfers to/from class-room and for excursion in program.
